Over 20 years of experience in a broad range of telecommunications functions, specifically in Project, Program and Construction Management of Ethernet bandwidth circuits, the Engineering and provisioning of T1's, DS3's and Ethernet bandwidth circuits, and the provisioning, billing and maintenance of local and long distance voice (both Verizon Resale and CLEC/facilities-based products), frame relay, and internet services.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

AT&T – Remote Position (November 2012 to Present)

Sr. Project / Program Manager

• Responsible for all aspects of technical project, program and Construction management

• Lead cross functional teams consisting of IOF and OSP Engineers for cost analysis and design and Construction on site walks and Equipment deployment and infrastructure builds and ENOC and install technicians to complete projects or program deliverables within allotted timeline & budget

• Also Identifies key internal/external stakeholders necessary for project completion and develops overall strategy for executive of high value projects

• Defines project scope and objectives, guides activities of a project/program team including delegating tasks to team members, identifies resources, and establishes master timeline for deliverables

• Projects typically budget between $500K and $1M with a duration of approximately 6 to 9 months. 

• Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization

Project Manager / Provisioning Engineer

• Managed the preparation, forwarding, filing of documents and updating of databases related to the following task: Circuit quotes, justification for service orders, Ethernet circuit orders and Justification for disconnect orders, DLR information and letters of authorization

Project Manager

• End-to-End project management of 'new build' BTS for AT&T's Premier (Signature) Clients which included (eg, Sony, RL Transport, Levi Strauss, Susquehanna Bank, et al) 
• Conduct on-site and weekly meetings with customers and AT&T vendors throughout the duration of the project 

• Worked with various high and low profile customers on projects involving the provisioning and Project Managing of MPLS, MLPP, T1, T3 circuits to various business customers for their Internet access, handling lifecycle of project from the kickoff meeting to the testing and installation of the circuit to meet the customers SLA
